Competition Terms & Conditions

Blackcircles.com Summer Competition

1. The competition will run from the moment it is published on Facebook and/or Twitter until 23:59:59 on 31/08/2022.

2. The competition prize is defined as 1 x £500 Love2Shop e-Gift Card and 2 x £250 Love2Shop e-Gift Cards for the total duration of the promotion. Entries across each poll on social media will be collated and pooled into one draw for these prizes.

3. To obtain an entry into the competition an entrant has multiple different ways - unless another entry method is specified within the post - these include commenting on a Facebook post & retweeting a twitter post.

4. The winner will be drawn after the competition ends and contacted directly prior to public announcement. Should Blackcircles.com be unable to make contact with a winner within 7 days or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5. Names of winners will be posted on the Blackcircles.com Facebook page and/or tweeted by Blackcircles.com.

6. The prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

7. Winners will be drawn from all social media entries (i.e. retweets and comments unless stated otherwise) at random.

8. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Blackcircles.com, the prize sponsors, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

9. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the claimant agrees to abide by these rules.

10. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Blackcircles.com.

11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Blackcircles.com and accordingly Blackcircles.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Blackcircles.com as a result thereof.

12. Blackcircles.com reserves the right to withdraw and competition/ promotion at any time.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.

Privacy Statement

The personal data collected for the purpose of administering this competition is being collected directly by Blackcircles.com Ltd. (Blackcircles.com) solely to administer and organise the competition. Blackcircles.com will retain the information for 6 months following the end date of the competition. We will use your agreement to enter the competition as the legal basis for processing your personal data. We will only share your personal data to the extent that you are the competition winner and we decide to publish the winner’s name on our @Blackcircles Facebook and Twitter pages. You can request access to your data, update any inaccurate or incomplete data, object to the processing of your data and suppress information which relates to you. You also have the right to request the deletion or removal of personal data and restrict the processing of your personal data.
