Good communication and prompt attendance. The Technician, Lee Costas, is a credit to the company. He was very helpful, going above and beyond, to deliver a very good experience. He was very cordial, yet, professional, providing good advice for after the fitting. He is the main reason I will be using the garage, in the future.

Leigh Costas from ATS was fantastic, explained everything clearly, cleaned my wheels thoroughly, balanced and upgraded my balance weights to match the colour of my alloys and clearly is passionate about delivering a great customer experience. Leigh even asked me to apologise to my neighbours about some minor noise as he noticed they had small children. Service was perfect when they eventually arrived, they didn't keep me updated about when they would be with me, eventually contacted at the end of the day saying they would only come the following day and even then it was the end of the following day.
