Can I change or cancel my MOT booking?

We understand that plans can change - and we're here to help.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your MOT or vehicle servicing appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Free Cancellations

You can cancel your MOT or servicing booking free of charge. However, we ask that any cancellation request be made before the work is due to take place, as we cannot reverse charges once services have been completed or begun.

How to Reschedule Your Booking

To amend your garage appointment, please email our team with the following information:

Full name
Order reference number
Contact phone number
Vehicle details
Original booking date and time
Your preferred new date and time

Our customer care team will then coordinate with the garage to check availability and confirm any changes.

Important Notes

If your MOT or service appointment is imminent, or if arrangements are already in motion with the garage, we may not always be able to change the booking without incurring additional charges. This is especially the case when garage time has been reserved or resources have been committed.

Also, as our system displays the earliest available appointment slots, we are usually unable to bring a booking forward unless the garage has confirmed additional availability.
