My appointment for 08:00 the owner come in at 08:30 he said go to the coffee shop the weather was freezing and raining I walked down the road and asked at another garage where is the coffee shop he said there isn't one so I went back to WPS He said sit in here door open sat until the fitting was completed I was absolutely frozen I definitely wouldn't recommend this place .

I made the mistake of using a facility close to my work. When locating for the service I seen the many one star reviews. Very poor service and untidy place. The tyres are filthy. One of my tyres does not match at the rear. They changed all anyway apart from the back left without calling to let me know. I will not be using Black circles again if using under par facilities.
