I have being using Savoy for over twenty years and am on first name terms with many of the management and fitters there. Always helpful, polite and respectful it is an added bonus that they fit for Blackcircles which seems to be the 'goto' for good tyre deals.

I had a new set of tyres ordered through blackcircles.com at this approved garage. The service was prompt polite and thorough they even checked and notified me of which of my tyre sensor was not working correctly. The garage was easy to locate the waiting area was warm and comfortable. New to this area so will definitely use again. Thank you.

Service was friendly and fast enough. However I instructed them to keep the two back tires they would be taking off as one of them was 130 Firestone with only 5k miles of wear. Coincidentally this tire was "accidentally picked up by the scrap man". As a replacement they have given me a 70 Zeetex which I find unacceptable.

I was dealt with promptly in reception when I arrived at scheduled time. Car was taken in for tyre fitting within 10 minutes of my arrival. I waited in the reception area, which was adequately comfortable, with a TV. Job was completed in about half an hour. Member of staff who dealt with me was pleasant, polite and efficient.
