Appointment for a.m. no sign by 12.30 contacted ATS who informed me that they had not been delivered, contacted Black circles who informed me they had been delivered day before, again spoke to ATS who then made excuses of fitters van having problems and hoped to arrive 14.30 . Arrived 15.30, fitter very good wasn't aware of the earlier problems, ATS need to stop telling lies
