I arranged three days in advance for a mobile tyre fitting to come and fit two tyres on my drive. An hour before the fitting they cancelled. And gave me another date three days later. That means I am without my vehicle the whole weekend and it was due a Tesla Service on the Monday. So it takes 6 days (at least as its not done yet) to get a tyre changed - what poor service. Yet they took my money when I placed the order!!

Comical service. Booked for 0830, got call yesterday to say is 4pm ok then they didn't turn up at all today. Missed call from a withheld number and when called the fitting teams number on hold 20 mins without answering......black circles answered but couldn't help.

Although I have selected one star thats because it is a mandatory field to complete I actually rate this zero stars. The fitter did not turn up I waited 6 hours no phone call was received. Appalling service tyres have been paid for in full.
