Goodyear have developed the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 as an ultra-high-performance summer tyre for high-powered cars. It combines a high-grip silica compound with a stiff, lightweight construction for precise handling at speed. This SCT version adds SoundComfort Technology for a quieter cabin.

Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 SCT tyres are available in 17 inch, 18 inch, 19 inch and 20 inch rim tyre sizes.

ActiveBraking Technology

ActiveBraking uses a three-dimensional tread-block design that deforms under braking to increase the tyre's contact patch with the road. This shortens stopping distances on both wet and dry surfaces.

FuelSaving Technology and Handling

A low-weight construction and a high-surface silica compound reduce heat generation and rolling resistance, cutting fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. A stiff carcass structure increases steering precision and handling.

SoundComfort Technology

SCT bonds a layer of sound-absorbing foam to the inner liner of the tyre, which can reduce road noise by up to 50%.
