Dunlop have designed the tyre with a high number of sipes around the tyre to enhance the grip of the tyre on snow and ice.

The risk of aquaplaning is extremely low thanks to directional grooves which exacuate water effectively from the tyre's path, very important when the snow and ice begins to thaw.
