Fuel Voucher Promotion - Terms & Conditions
• By taking part in this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promotion is open to all UK customers except for employees of Blackcircles.com, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion. Participants must be 18 years of age, or older.
• The promotion beings at 14:00 (UK) on 06/02/2023 and will run until 23:59 (UK) on 30/04/2023.
• The promotion(s), reward and relevant codes are as follows:
o Buy 2 or 3 selected Michelin tyres with a rim size of 17" or greater and use the promotion code FUEL15 at basket to claim a £15 fuel card. Qualifying tyres are indicated by promotional material above tyre listing
o Buy 4 selected Michelin tyres with a rim size of 17" or greater and use the promotion code FUEL40 at basket to claim a £40 fuel card. Qualifying tyres are indicated by promotional material above tyre listing
• To apply for fuel vouchers, customers of Blackcircles.com must enter the relevant promotion code at checkout.
• Fleet orders, corporate participation or third-party entries will not be accepted.
• There is a maximum of one application per customer - per order. If a participant is found to have bypassed this rule via alternative details, their gift and participation in the promotion is null and void.
• Fuel vouchers are not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. No other costs will be covered. Usual Blackcircles.com terms & conditions apply
• The decision of the promoter in regard to the promotion are final.
• An email with instruction on how to claim the fuel voucher will be sent to qualifying customers within 28 days of the completion of their tyre fitting or mail order delivery
• Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at the dedicated reward micro-site - An on-screen confirmation and email is provided upon successful submission of a claim
• Qualifying customers have up to 12 weeks from date of receiving their claim code, from Blackcircles.com, to claim their Free pre-paid Fuel voucher via the dedicated reward micro-site
• In the event that a qualifying order is cancelled, or the tyres returned, no fuel vouchers will be sent
• In the event that a qualifying order is amended after the original confirmation, and the tyres changed for tyres not eligible for the Promotion, no fuel vouchers will be sent
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to replace promotion reward with an item of equal or greater value.
• No liability can be accepted for a customer’s failure to use the voucher within the redemption period or within the terms and conditions outlined in the fuel voucher terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time during this period and without prior notice.
• By entering this promotion, you give permission for Blackcircles.com to post your first name, surname initial and home town on our website and social media outlets should you receive fuel vouchers.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third parties enjoyment of the promotion rewards.
• Fuel vouchers are awarded at the promoter's discretion. No rewards will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
