Blackcircles.com Competitions - Ts and Cs
Unless otherwise stated, all Blackcircles.com competitions adhere to the following terms:
• Names of winners may be posted on the Blackcircles.com social channels.
• Prizes are subject to availability.
• Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except Blackcircles.com employees (and their immediate families), its agencies or any employees of a company connected with the creation and administration of a competition.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoter's decision is final.
• By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
• Blackcircles.com reserves the right to withdraw competitions without prior notice.
Review Your Tyres - T&Cs
• Promotion open only to GB residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their families of Blackcircles.com Ltd., their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
• Private individuals only may enter this promotion.
• To qualify for entry into the competition, claimants must review their tyres purchased from Blackcircles.com.
• Only one entry per person.
• Blackcircles.com Ltd. may declare void any entries which are wrong, illegible, defaced or which it believes to be fraudulent.
• The winner will receive a maximum of £100 in Amazon vouchers, and the prize is non-transferable.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received, and shall be notified by email or telephone.
• If Blackcircles.com receive no reply within 2 weeks of first notification Blackcircles.com will treat the entry as void.
• Blackcircles.com retains the right to withdraw or change the competition prize or entry dates at any time.
• Participation is conditional upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.
