Given time slot only to have to wait for 2 and half hours to have 2 tyres fitted as they prioritise their direct customers over people from black circles. Other people turned up an hour after me and had their car with 4 tyres fitted before my car was even taken in. Hight unprofessional!!!!!

1 hour to change 2 tyres, disconsidering technician in regard to customer property(serial number of the wheel nut key of the box on the floor)rims full or fitting grease.Extra cost to the customer to get the car washed. It was a good garage a couple of years back ,not anymore.

It states morning slot- AM , I arrive at 9.30am and told Ive missed the appointment and to come back in 2 hours when they may have space. Arrive back 2 hours later for 2 tyres it then proceeds to take another hour to fit these. If you can afford sitting around all day then this will suit you fine. It is extremely slow ! Will not be coming back and would not recommend.

Ive used this garage before and always pretty good. It was busy at the appointment time of 9am but I was received well and told the job would take about an hour. Job completed at 10.30am, so a bit later than expected but reception apologise, so all ok.
