Took wheels off, said they were the wrong nuts and refused to fit new tyres although the wheels were off, and they had to put them back on with “the wrong nuts” so I could leave. Returned, and waited nearly half and hour (no other customers or cars being worked on) then 1 guy took just short of an hour to fit 2 tyres, and the other two day in the office looking through auto trader.

I arrived a little early, the garage was ready and the tyres to one side. The time slot was 9am and they were already busy. They checked the rear tyres and reported that they were fine. The fitter was polite and did a good job ( at our point three fitters working on the car ). Kept me informed of how long it would take, overall 45 minutes Checked the tracking free, confirmed the tracking was fine. A busy local garage offering great service.

Excellent service and very polite, friendly and professional staff. My car was booked in for 2pm for four new tyres to be fitted. By 2.30pm I was all done and they even pointed out an advisory worn bush rubber to be aware of for the future. Even nicer was they were polite about it and not pushy in any way. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We arrived at the booked 11:35 time we were told it would be an hour so we went for a walk gone for just over an hour and the car hadn’t moved out of the car park car. Told it would be next in the queue. Went away for another hour and it was still being worked on. We finally left at 15:30

New tyres fitteed in a covid secure manner just disappointed that Halfords would not give me any paperwork to show that I asked them to fit only 2 tyres as I had ordered 3 by mistake. Black Circle resovled my error promptly and refunded me.
