The reception was so cold, obvious that a receptionist required and not the poor guys doing the work and thus slowing down the process for the customer must be soul destroying for them.

The tyre fitting itself was fine but the person who served us wasnt pleasant and when we came back he said the back needed some urgently as said were 2mm but it had been at bmw 2 days before for health check and they said 2.6 for inside and 3.6 for outside so felt he was trying to make an unnecessary quick sale. Now couldnt trust going there
