Unfortunately I would not use the garage of Black Circles again. The price was great and the ti e options were good but the garage masssivly over inflated the tyres. They were inflated to 3.5 bar instead of 2.2 bar as per the manufacturers specifications and also the data plate label on the vehicle advising the pressures for each specific tyre size option.

The blackcircles website suggested this garage did not have time slots and it was essentially first come first served, I turned up early but was told the appointment was 10:30 so had to leave the car and walk home, it would be better if the appointment was clarified earlier so I knew what time they were expecting me, the bloke at the garage was a little dismissive and told me it was Blackcircles issue not theirs, which wasnt massively helpful. They did get the job done promptly at the time of the appointment and so far no issues or concerns.

Arrived for allocated time for fitting was told that there was a veh in front of me having four tyres fitted so there was a delay of one and a half hours. Not happy with that fitting rescheduled to the 23rd and tyres eventually ready after a hour and a half. One fitter continuously having to answer the main phone. Very happy with the work done.
