My appointment was at 10am, upon reception I was told that it would be at least 45 minute wait, I said that was unacceptable and they had my tyre changed within 20 minutes so they went over and above the expected wait time.

When i arrived they could not find my booking but eventually said they would "fit me in" even though i had an appointment booked. I was 10 mins late but that shouldn't affect a booking. This has happened before with Black Circles bookings where the garage does not know of the booking. I was given no information about the old tyre and simply given the key at the end with no invoice. They fitted the tyre fine but apart from that they could use some lessons in customer service.

Very quick in replacing four tyres. I has booked for a front wheel tracking check and adjust aswell, but was contacted to say that the rear tracking was also out and they could do it at an extra charge, which I accepted. Noticed that the tyre pressures had been set to 42psi instead if the manufactures recommended 36psi, so will have to adjust these when cold.

First class experience. Polite, welcoming and friendly. My only minor quibble (and its a minor one) is that I never received the phone call I asked for, informing me when the work had been completed, meaning I spent more time than necessary browsing in Kettering centre.
