Tyre Spot took 3 hours to fit 2 tyres and do a check on front wheel alignment. So frustrating hanging around, seeing your car untouched for over 2 of those hours. How can they expect to get positive feedback, let alone repeat business? Management need to take a serious, honest look at what they are doing wrong, yes they are getting people through the door but if they leave unhappy then the business will slowly self destruction.

I have no complaints in general and the service was generally good. However the fitters left an unnecessary large amount of sealing fluid around the new tyre and on the wheels themselves

Garage staff are friendly and helpful. It does get rather busy and wait times can be a little long. The garage would be better if the service staff were provided with seat covers to use. I had to wipe oily dirt off my driver's car seat and door card which was a let down. Apart from that it was a good service provided.
