I had two front tyres fitted. It was only a quick visit so the customer service seemed average, but wasn't particularly happy with the work as they left lubricant all over both alloys and the passenger tyre was not fully inflated which I have had to do myself once I got home.

Turned up for my 1 hour timeslot on time. Was told to leave it for 2 hours and it would be complete. Went back after 2 hours and not ready. Waited a further 30 mins before being advised it was complete. Didn't appear any urgency or concern at me having to wait. Apology for the delay at handover didn't seem very genuine. Last time I go there.
