Two and a hours to fit 2 to tyres + tracking, when I drove my car away it was pulling to the left ,so took the car straight back. Sales men asked me to bring it back at 8 30 in the morning, but didn't. Open until 10am,not inprest

I had booked an appointment, arrived on time, and it took 2 hours to have 2 front tyres replaced and tracking adjusted. For most of the time after they had removed the wheels the car sat there with no one working on it!!!

Still good, have been here several times now. Always impressed by the way Ben the receptionist juggles customers, cars, staff and phone calls. My car was ready to go when they said it would be, so no complaints from me.

Fitting was ok it did take 1 hour 20 minutes but on the way home I received a tyre alert saying I had a flat tyre. Basically garage didnt put enough air in one of the tyres. 3 were on 38psi the last 32psi.

First to arrive so had to check I was booked in as the manager was concerned which firm had booked me , thankfully Blackcircles are on his good list, so car taken into the work shop and new tyres fitted. Easy to find garage, shops nearby clean waiting area.

Not the best service on this occasion. Took the offer at the designated garage due to price and date due to work commitments only to be told the date was not available after I paid. The alternative date was not available suitable either so I had to go to the garage and sort it myself which I feel black circles could have done themselves.
