They simply haven’t come to do my tyres, booked an am slot and nothing , nobody has turned up nor has anyone even text or called to explain why

Extremely friendly and helpful mechanic, he noticed one of the bolts had been cross threaded by a previous mechanic and told me how to easily fix it.
