Bathwick Protyre was a surprise - a nearly-new waiting room with a coffee machine, the personnel were polite, the welcome good, the work efficient, and the tyres were set to the correct pressure!

Always very professional. New tyres for rear purchased. Then asked to put new tyres/wheels on the front. Wanted 20, used to be a free service. Loyalty bargaining failed to work too.

Four tyres fitted, took them 2.5 hours inc the alignment. Spent 618.00. Tyres left messy, covered in grease. Took my car out on a road trip the next day and the vehicle shudders at speed. Not impressed! Car now back at the garage again for the balancing and alignment to be checked.

Terrible was booked in for a specific time (11am) took an hour and a quarter before my van went into the workshop and an hour and a half to fit 4 tyres. Took nearly 3hrs to get 4 tyres fitted.

Arrived on time for my slot, but car didn't go in for quite a while. In the end it took 1 hour and 5 minutes before the car was ready (just 2 tyres fitted - nothing else). So I thought it was quite slow. Otherwise fine.
