Didn't call me to tell me the car was ready. Moved every single control surface on the seat. Tyre pressure warning came on when I was less than 5 minutes down the road after collection.

The person who attended me was very patient and polite!! Helped me to find the locking wheel nut which wasnt in my glove compartment. He then said that he could look for it and found it in the boot!! Quick service and efficient!!

Garage had broken equipment and they couldn't replace my tyre. I was only told when I arrived that they couldn't do it, no one contacted me to inform me beforehand. No manager present to explain the situation.

Excellent service from start to finish.I have always had my tyres fitted at ATS in St.Albans because how well I was treated by one member of staff.Due to the closure of ATS St.Albans that member of staff now works for Formula One tyres St.Albans.So it was a nice surprise for me to continue to get the same first class service . Not sure of his name,but I hope you can pass on my appreciation.

Easy to park and the car was taken in promptly. The tyres were fitted without damage, including swapping one to another wheel I supplied, due to a crack in the old wheel. No charge was made for the extra work.

I arrived early and got seen as soon as they where open, Had 4 tyres changed and wheel alignment done. Took under an hour and staff where excellent, they did try to sell a load of unnecessary work either which is a rarity nowadays, I would definitely use them again

Shocking service. Dropped car off at 8:30 told it would be an hour. Phone them at 11 still not done. Phoned again at 12 and was told 5 minutes and be ready. I arrived at 12:15 and car was not done, 13.30 told it was finished. Drives my car 1 mile down the road and it didnt feel right so I checked me tyres and could see that the tyres had not been fitted correctly and were not sitting on the rims correctly. Car was released to me in a very dangerous condition.
