Didnt turn up and rang at 4 pm to say could not attend. However I had been sitting in all day . Booked now for Wednesday which is less convenient. The reception staff were very apologetic though and friendly

Booked for 8:30-12:30 didnt arrive til 5. No communication to let us know, we had to call twice to check all was ok. Fitter was excellent and showed my son what he was doing, really nice guy shame about overall customer experience.

The fitter was first class. Spotted a crack in the first alloy and then a second one. Apologised even though it wasn't his fault, original tyre was holding air so he could have just fitted and said nothing. Fitted other tyres quickly and efficiently
