Excellent customer service from the team at TW Tyres. Booked in for two tyres via Blackcircles, however they failed to notify me the garage waiting area was undergoing refurbishment. I turned up with my 18 month old daughter and they kindly made some space for us to sit in reception to keep warm.

Said they didnt have my booking when I checked in and took 90 minutes to fit four tyres. Seems excessive. Got home and checked pressure and all four were 8psi below min recommended pressures

Saturday morning 9am appointment. I arrived 35 mins early. I was seen immediately, tyres were fitted and I was on my way just before 9am. Very fast and efficient. Recommended.

The excellent service, waiting area nice and welcoming with free coffee. Had 4 New tyres supplied by Black Circle fitted and this took less time than advised at just over 1 hour. Will use again and can recommend to any one looking for new tyres at a great price
