They heavily scuffed my alloy in the centre beside one of the wheel nuts. The alloys were otherwise in very good condition, so this is extremely annoying.

Garage was great, but BlackCircles recommended getting there by 12:00 for a 13:30 appointment "as there's a first-come first-served policy". This isn't true, we dropped the car off at 12:00 and the guy said they would start doing it at 1.30, so we had an extra 1.5 hours to kill.

Plenty of room to park, friendly staff, has a waiting room with toilet if you prefer to stay on site. They started working on my car before I had even left the reception. Great service and I will be using them again in the future as my regular garage.

On time and efficient. Small point, my car has cream leather and while they used seat and floor covers, either the guys hands were dirty or he wore his gloves in the car. I had to spend 10 minutes cleaning black marks of the seats and interior door handle.

Plenty of room for improvement, grease thats applied to alloy to enable old tyre and new one to slide on easier. This was left all over alloys and not wiped off, also tyres were not pumped up to correct pressure, very slopey.
