Very good overall in the waiting area it had free coffee & tea machine, but the seats to sit was very worn and looked dirty so had to stand for 45 minutes, but staff very helpful and polite And was seen to promptly. Apart from the seats it was fine ( do have a picture) if fit and healthy would recommend but elderly no not on them seats.

Good set of lads. Easy going well manarerd. Didn't just do the "change tyre" as part of the service, they also checked the brake pad ware all round & disc ware all round & lastly checked the remaining tyre ware depth. I know it doesn't take long to do all those. But I took my wife's car to have a tyre at BMW, firstly they changed the wrong tyre not just once Twice. But nothing like the service I received on my old Passat cc. So even if it's the wife's BM, it's going to these guys in future. Five star service.
