This is the second time I've been to Savoy to have a tyre fitted to a Transit wheel. On the first occasion I asked for a replacement valve and one was fitted. On the most recent occasion I was advised it didn't need changing. Asking how much it would cost to change the valve if it failed I was told 20 ish. Knowing what price high pressure valves are advertised online I was somewhat puzzled. Why not have a 'new valve supplement at the ordering stage' (if that's what it takes) so that the customer at least knows what they'll be getting.

Garage was not busy on Saturday morning so I was straight in. Staff were friendly and polite. The changed my two rear tires quickly without causing damage. They pumped the tyres up to the correct pressure. There was a problem with one of the TPMS valves which was sorted as well. All in all a good experience and would recommend
