This customer had 2 x Tomket Sport tyres fitted here
Arrived on time. Fitting took 1 hour and 10 minutes.Would not rotate tyres back to front, saying "we don,t get paid for this" Offered to pay and they say "to busy" yet garage was almost empty and only one mechanic to be seen. Customer serivice staff i thought were quite rude and not interested in Black Circle work. Over 65 years or motoring and many tyre fits I have never ever had to wait so long for so little.

Had two new tyres for the front of the mini. Picked it up and drove home to find the weights of the alloy poking through, flapping in the wind. Then saw the tyre looked low and found it only had 18 psi in it. Took the car back to be told that the weights must have shifted.

Did the job, however quality control was non existent, the wheel and tyre covered in tyre fitting soap. So I have paid for a complete service but land up paying again in time to wash the soap of. If you want repeat business train your staff, or manager.
