Fantastic service from Formula One on Abbey Lane Leicester replacing tyres on my Dads car this afternoon. Whole set of tyres sorted within the hour at the booked appointment slot and they even fixed a valve on an extra spare wheel I had brought along. My dog also really enjoyed all the fuss she got during the visit too. Thanks so much!

Turned up for two rear tyres to be fitted. Reception staff were courteous and got straight on with the job. However, i noticed that the tyre fitter used a nut gun to replace the wheel bolts and didn't use a torque wrench. Being a little concerned. i got home and checked both sides. one wheel bolt was so over tightened that i had to use a swing bar and pipe to loosen it. two other bolts were not tight at all. I retightened all bolts to 110 n/m, which is what the tyre fitter should have done.

F1 were excellent! They fiited the tyres quickly and professionaly. Black Circles on the other hand were the contrary. I booked a 9am slot which was accepted. They (BC) then sent me an email saying they had changed it to mid-day (which was ok). When I got to F1 they knew nothing about either appointment, and told me to come back at 2pm (I was lucky they had any slots available). They (F1) did a fine job, but my day was ruined because of the very poor service from Black Circles. I will be going DIRECT to F1 in future, plus it's cheaper!

Garage changed my rear two tyres which seem to have been fitted appropriately. The time slot stated was 10.30-11.30. Despite my arriving on time, I did not leave until 12:15. It should not take so long to change tyres and I was not forewarned it could take so long, nor given a choice. This garage was allocated via Blackcircles customer service as my chosen garage had to cancel.
