Didn't turn up. Zero communication. Not a single call to explain if there was a problem. Took the morning off work for a home fitting service. Very poor customer service Wouldn't bother even thinking about re-booking.

Morning appointment but fitter did not arrive until 14.45hrs.. No phone call to advise beforehand, However fitter was very helpful and did a really good job. So 5* for fitter, 3* for service.
