Although I was told at my appointment time it would take 30-45 minutes, after 60 minutes the fitting hadnt started. In the end it was done 2.5 hours after the appointment time

Told the tyres and tracking would take 1-2 hours and then 3 hours and 20 mins later it has finally been done. Desk staff were good as given two stars but as it took so much longer with no explanations I can't give any more

Long wait even though booked online and had a 11.30am slot booked Didnt even get in until gone 12 and took 40 minutes to change one tyre? Nice guys just dont expect to get the time you book.

Appalling. Couldnt find the booking and then when they did eventually find it took over 1hr 45mins to even start the work. At least they had the tyres when I got there unlike the last garage I went to with black circles which is the only reason I ended up here in the first place. I would not choose this place voluntarily; 3 hrs of my life Ill never get back for two tyres and an alignment.

The lad didn't seem to know what he was doing! He has scratched the bumper of my car taking the wheel out and the receptionist had to replace the tyre! Absolutely awful.

They took 1/2 hours to change 2 tires and couldnt find my locking wheel nut so they went through my car and left things on my floor. After telling the man where my locking wheel nut was he didnt seem very happy that he was having to find it and ended putting my items on the floor.

Just terrible, waited 3 hours in the waiting room while they messed around in the office, then at 6pm, 10mins before closing rushed around getting the tyres on and complained that I shouldnt have stretched tyres. Just a note they are an option from BOLA to have them tyres so no way unsafe or even a hassle to fit. Totally unprofessional and completely changed from when they first opened.

Wheels were really dirty and tons of the mounting paste left on them. Ive had to wash them as soon as I arrived home. Tyre pressure was also all over the place 41 and 34 psi on the front axle not sure what went wrong there. Just fyi minimum pressure on front axle is 42psi so my car kept giving me warning about very low tyre pressure all the way home.
