Seamed to take a long time (more than an hour) with not a lot happening . Once complete, my car sat on the ramp for about 15 minutes until I asked if someone could drive it out for me

I liked the overall experience because it was really easy to use and very convenient for me I think you can make it more clear that the time you choose is not necessarily the time the work will be done. Please make it clearer when choosing the drop off time that the work may not take place straight away
