When arrived, John politely informed that he is on his own today and works could take slightly longer than anticipated. Left the car with him and asked him to call back when done as I am local and did not require the car immediately. Hour and a half later he informed that the work is complete.

on arrival i found that there were only two staff on duty....i was informed straightaway that the it would take approx one to one and half hours to fit ..balance. .and track four new tyres...which i thought was unacceptable...only one member of staff actually seemed to be doing anything....and then they were interrupted by someone from their head office who came to inspect the garage roof for something....worked stopped for about ten minutes......not impressed tbh

Reece (not sure about correct spelling) took good care of my wheels as I asked to be extra careful because th rimms are like new. I needn't have worried as he did a splendid job and there are no marks whatsoever on wheels. Thank you
