The garage was perfect. They changed the tyre exactly as I needed. But there was some kind of communication breakdown as they weren't expecting me when I arrived.

Friendly and efficient. Only negative was that they didn't call me when the car was ready. Not a big deal but would have got another star :-) They also advised me on the swollen wheel nut issue for Ford cars - welcome advice.
