Work was all completed very well, just no actual booking time just AM or PM. The garage was very busy but to be fair I was called before the allotted time I was given on arrival which was an hour and a quarter later. I had the time so no problem for myself.

People are really pleasant but parking is a big issue and quite frankly they are swamped with work . A definite appointment time would work best as from the time I arrived at the garage (09:45) until the tyres were fitted and the car was ready (12:00) is too long. There is little or nothing to do in Hatherleigh so we ended up having to go in a cafe which cost us 25, might as well have gone elsewhere paid more and had the tyres fitted quicker.
