This customer had 4 x Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3 HRS tyres fitted here
First took the day off, arrive, wait 2 hours, no work completed and other cars wheel falls off after they fit new tyres. Come back, ask for 4-wheel alignment, wait 1.30hr, receive no alignment and now my OEM tyre pressure valve caps are missing and also the tyre pressure has caused an issue on the vehicle. So I will need to pay for tyre fix / new pressure and new caps

Initially the staff member was a bit off hand but as the proceedings went on the atmosphere improved and the job was done satisfactorily The tire was replaced and the other tires were given a quick check, The service was Just O K .

Minimum effort. No rim cleaning before fitting new tires, wrong pressure, forgot to fit the valve caps, and they were confused of their notation, near side or far side and I'm not 100% percent sure they got it right.
