Excellent service from ATS Swaffham which was booked through Black Circles. I highly recommend ATS Swaffham however I do not recommend Black Circles as they have been totally incompetent and I shall never ever use Black Circles again...... Ever. Absolutely shocking. Avoid Black Circles and use ATS in Swaffham direct.

Didn't arrive on booked day and no phone call to advise that they wouldn't be visiting. Re-arranged by BlackCircle who we had booked it through for the following morning, still had to chase as didn't arrive and no phone call to advise of this. Very Poor customer service. No problems with BlackCircle customer service, very friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure what went wrong at the Garage bu, customer care managed to get my job done (even though it was far later than it should have been. The fitter who attended was one of the best tyre fitters I have come across in over 50 years of motoring

Mobile fitter didnt show and no message or call to say they were not coming. Waited until 15:00 (should have been an 08:30 to 12:30 slot) before contacting Black Circles who confirmed fitter would not be coming.

I do have to praise them on the response in regards to once the tyres arrived they fitted them earlier than I had been booked in for. However upon needing to do further work on the rear of my car, we've discovered the bolts and locking bolts have been over tightened. Rounding off the original locking nut along with a replacement one I purchased from the dealership. I will be reaching out to them personally as its going to cost me to replace parts I shouldn't have needed to if they had been tightened correctly.
