Excellent guys, but booked appointment for 8.30am on a Sat morning on BlackCircles website but when got there was told it was actually for 9.30! It seems timeslots on BC do not book through to the actual garage. Was really annoyed as had to make a special effort to get there for 8.30. The Manager was apologetic about it.

I found the person who answered the phone to me very polite and helpful when booking and checking on my time slot, and the same when I turned up at the garage very polite and friendly. The 2 tyres took an hour to change, there is a nice warm waiting room if you are happy to wait on site .

BlackCircles says these guys operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Arrived at 8:30 to be told they sort bookings into time slots, I as at 11:00, and they could not find 15 minutes to fit the single replacment tyre before then. Total waste of time.

The garage is 500 yards from where I live, could not really be more local. The staff were very helpful. I left the car there, went home had some breakfast and when I returned the car was all done.
