No delay on starting the job, and it only took around an hour. God parking area. A waiting area with settees, and toilets available. Wiltshire Tyres also reminded me to check wheel bolts after 50 miles and offered to do a check for me if I required.

Booked the appointment online for two new tyres to be fitted. Arrived at appointment time and assumed it wouldnt take too long so opted to wait. Fitting and tracking service took 2 hours due to cars lined up waiting for the tracking service. Would have dropped the car and returned if I knew it would be that long!

My car was booked in to fit 2 new front tyres and front wheel tracking. I arrived 15 minutes early for my allotted time and left the car to do some shopping. 50 minutes later I got a call to say my car was ready. Wow. Excellent service. I expected to wait at least an hour. Very friendly and very efficient.

I arrived at 12am in accordance with my booking through blackcircles, but I then had to await nearly two hours for my two rear tyres to be fitted. This was a longer waiting time than when I have just turned up without an appointment at other garages in the past and therefore I am unlikely to use this garage again.
