The tyre fitting was carried out very professionally and the manager who greeted me and dealt with my job was polite and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be ; in the customer waiting area which is spacious and comfortable it would be nice if there was a coffee machine.

Great experience. James on reception was super helpful. Went above and beyond to help me. Waited in a warm and comfortable waiting room for less than an hour to have 2 tyres fitted. Happy customer! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I have used this garage before and service has been excellent, however unfortunately today it took almost two hours to replace three tyres at a pre-booked appointment which was quite frustrating

Tyres were not fitted because they said that my booking was for 12noon and I arrived at 1pm. Blackcircles sent me an Email telling me that my appointment was PM no time given. They then sent me a reminder, the day before, once more just stating PM. Not Formula One's fault, but poor service from Blackcircles.

plenty of parking ,good welcome from staff however ,there were some doubts from the staff ,whether they had suitable lifting equipment. my vehicle is a camper van, max weight 3.5 tons fully laden ,however the van was empty at the time of fitting. i was surprised that the equipment they had was unsuitable , considering the weight of land rovers , large people carriers toyota land cruisers etc it seems odd the fitters were concerned about using the tools supplied..

Could not fault to service once I entered. However my appointment was at 8.30. I suspect to first of the day. I arrived 5 mins early as most would but the staff didn’t open the doors until 8.40. Other than that. Good job
