Friendly and helpful, left vehicle with them and had a phone call and text message 3/4 hour later to say it was ready. Cannot fault them, will be taking my other vehicle in for them to check the tyres on that.

I have to say I was a little apprehensive as I hadn't purchased tyres before in this manner. After the event I can't understand my concern. The customer gets the value of bulk buying prices from Blackcircles.com purchasing power and the smaller garage receive payment for fitting. My fitters, Gudgeon's Repairs Ltd were excellent from a cheerful receptionist to punctuality, good organisational process and a bonus of a clean & tidy garage. Thank you all involved. One point why don't you do wheel balancing?

I had to take my wife's car back to the garage after having the four tyres fitted. There was violent shaking when braking. They said that they had done nothing wrong and that the car was defective when it came in. Strange that because it drove perfectly on the way to the garage and it had just passed and MOT. I am investigating!!
