Garage was very accommodating & provided polite & responsive service. Blackcircles did NOT clearly say the time was 9AM, simply stating AM so I turned up at 1145. I had asked Blackcircles for a PM appt. but STS only take 9am slots. This was not clear on Blackcircles who showed PM appts for this garage but then changed my chosen one without explaining. They also did NOT reply to my email. So good marks for the garage but alas very poor for Blackcircles.

I turned up as requested and was told there was no booking. On checking, I was told there was a booking but no tyre. On checking on the tyre, I was told there was no availability that morning as they were short staffed. Then I was told I would need to wait 2 hours before they could take the car. I requested a bit of air for my run flats to get me home and was refused as they were short staffed. I requested the air pump so I could fill the air myself and was refused also. Overall terrible experience and would never use this garage again.
