How do you find your tyre size?Yokohama Advan Sport V105 Zero Pressure System product description & features
- Puncture mobility
- Steering accuracy
- Lower pass-by noise
Boasting a matrix body-ply carcass and silent sipes on its inboard ribs, the Advan Sport V105 ZPS also steers accurately and carries a lower exterior noise rating than most standard V105 sizes in Yokohama’s size table.
Yokohama Advan Sport V105 Zero Pressure System tyres are available in 16-inch to 20-inch rim sizes.
Zero Pressure System sidewalls
Zero Pressure System (ZPS) is Yokohama’s run-flat option, offered on selected Advan Sport V105 sizes. Its self-supporting sidewalls are designed to let you drive on for a limited distance at reduced speed after a loss of pressure. Run-flat tyres need a working tyre pressure monitoring system – check your vehicle handbook for the permitted speed and distance on the Advan Sport V105 ZPS.
Anti-twist matrix body-ply
Yokohama’s matrix body-ply places an angled ply close to the tread, raising side rigidity so the tread and bead move together without delay. That gives the Advan Sport V105 ZPS quick, accurate steering response.
Silent sipes and pitch variation
Thin silent sipes on the inboard ribs and an asymmetric pitch variation suppress external noise, and the run-flat sizes of the Advan Sport V105 ZPS are rated at 70 dB for exterior noise.
The Yokohama Advan Sport V105 Zero Pressure System is currently manufactured in one variant:
