Boasting a semi-slick outer shoulder and four wide straight grooves backed by semi-helical channels, the A008P also grips hard through corners and clears water from the contact patch.

Yokohama A008P tyres are available in 16-inch rim sizes.
 

Twin jointless nylon covers

Two full jointless nylon covers wrap the A008P’s twin steel belts for uniform tread rigidity. A dual-layer compound pairs a grippy cap with a heat-resistant undertread, so heat doesn’t build up at very high speeds. Steel reinforcement along the bead filler stops the tyre warping under cornering load.
 

Semi-slick outer shoulder

The outer side of the A008P carries a semi-slick pattern with a line of dimples to balance rigidity and spread heat, and a squarer outer shoulder resists rolling when load shifts outwards in a corner. Yokohama also give the front and rear sizes their own profiles to suit staggered Porsche fitments.
 

Straight and semi-helical grooves

Four wide straight grooves drain water from the A008P’s footprint, while semi-helical grooves across the tread clear water to the outside of the turn when cornering. Every size is rated B for wet grip.
