Seem to be really good in the wet and dry and and perform well on loose surfaces such as mud and gravel. Good on tarmac, my times are as good if not slightly better than on my previous summer tyres - noting these are different size to those previously fitted as well and I am not a seasoned racer! This was at temperatures above 10C, I have not tried them yet at lower temperatures
I have yet to try them on ice and snow and I cannot comment on wear yet.
They have transformed the handling of my 1998 Polo. The tyres that were fitted when I bought it were atrocious. Putting the Vredsteins on was the first thing I did. It's a difficult tyre size to source these days, but I'm glad I didn't go for a budget, no name tyre. I like the combination of good grip, comfort, and lack of tyre noise. A year on and they are wearing well.

Very confidence inspiring in the cold and wet. Really grippy all round.
I bought these for winter use on my spare set of rims, and they have proven to very good.
They have excellent grip in the wet. I drove through a massive rain storm and they shrugged it off like it was nothing.
The grip feels the same whether in wet or dry conditions, which really impressed me.
I cannot say much for comfort or noise levels, as my car is rather stiff and noisy anyway, but they felt pretty good and I didn't notice any difference from my summer Michelins.
I have yet to experience them in the snow, but they are rated well for it.
Overall a great all season tyre and the perfect option the UK where it gets cold and wet in the winter, but generally not snowy enough to justify a full-on winter tyre.
Previously I had been using Michelin summer tyres and Avon winter tyres. The new tyres have performed well during the time I have had them (Nov-Feb) which has seen road temperatures above and below zero as well as flooded conditions. I'm confident they will continue to perform well as the warmer weather returns. Obviating the need for summer tyre swap will save me money, time and space!
Last winter they performed excellent. Driving up to the ski area's on snow and ice wasn't an issue. But when I had the tyres fitted, I chose through Blackcircle to have the front wheel alignment checked and corrected. However, after nine months the front tyres where down to the legal limit on the inside and now are slippery on ice. So, they work out very expensive if they don't last a year if the Blackcircle fitter fails to do the wheel alignment correctly.
We’ve not had them in the snow yet, but they’ve been excellent in winter temperatures, summer temperatures, and in the wet. They’re stable and quiet, seem to have excellent grip. However, they’re very sensitive to tyre pressure.
