Engineering choices like a revised belt sheet design help to spread contact pressure evenly rather than concentrating stress on the Royal Mile’s shoulders, so the tread wears uniformly across its width.

Consistent aquaplaning

The Royal Mile’s optimised longitudinal and transverse groove curves work to evacuate water from the contact patch, earning a wet grip rating of C across the range.

Quieter ride

A five-frequency pattern block sequence breaks up the resonance that builds when tread blocks strike the road, holding external rolling noise to 70 dB on most Royal Mile fitments.
