Just come back from spending 3 weeks in a cottage 1.5 miles up a steep rocky track on mainland Scotland. Track was at first muddy then snow covered and finally iced over so that you could not stand on it. The car and tyres coped no trouble. This was the first time i had driven on much snow on these tyres , following this I have changed my rating from 4 to 5 star

I have been driving subarus for 35 years. I would say these tyres are as good as any of the original manufactures fitted tyres. They also appear to wear less. The only thing I would add is that I have not driven them in a lot of snow. Other than that in all weather conditions on motorways and on some very rough stony and muddy tracks . The 4star rating is due to not having driven in enough snow to give 5
