Pirelli designed the Scorpion Verde NCS to lower fuel consumption and reduce CO2 emissions therefore combining savings and respect for the environment. This is done through the enhanced profile of the tyre plus the modern materials used l which lead to a lower rolling resistance and reduced weight.

The Scorpion Verde NCS uses a silica-enhanced tread compound – helping to increase mileage whilst improving performance on both wet and dry roads. The four circumferential grooves on the tread help displace water – thus reducing the likelihood of aquaplaning and improving traction on wet road.

The road noise within the car is massively reduced thanks to Pirelli’s innovative Noise Cancelling System – with a sound absorbing sponge on the inside circumferential wall of the tyre.
