Pirelli have developed the Scorpion Trail III as an adventure-touring tyre for modern adventure and crossover motorcycles. Categorised as a street enduro tyre, it pairs sport-touring-level road performance with the ability to tackle dirt roads.
Scorpion Trail III tyres are available in front fitments from 17 to 21 inch and rear fitments for adventure and crossover motorcycles.
On-Road Grip and Handling
New full-silica compounds front and rear deliver strong performance in wet and dry conditions, while a tread pattern evolved from the previous generation.
Off-Road Traction
The alternation of central and transverse grooves under the footprint provides control and traction on dirt roads, while robust, reinforced grooves maintain grip on off-road terrain. This lets the tyre handle high-quality unpaved roads with confidence.
Stability and Mileage
A reinforced 0-degree steel-belt structure gives stability under heavy loads and at high speed, with good mileage. The rear's dual-compound layout pairs a harder centre for longevity with softer shoulders for cornering grip, and an optimised tread reduces road noise for touring comfort.
