Pirelli have developed the Cinturato Winter 2 as a winter tyre for cars and crossovers, engineered for maximum safety and control in cold conditions. It carries the M+S and 3PMSF winter markings. 

Cinturato Winter 2 tyres are available in a range of passenger car and crossover fitments.

Snow Traction

A staggered V-shaped directional tread with variable groove sections works with interlocking 3D and multi-active 4D sipes to grip snow and slush. This delivers strong traction on snow-covered roads with notable improvements in braking, backed by 3PMSF certification.

Wet Performance

The variable groove section - wider on the shoulder and narrower in the centre - channels water and slush away from the contact patch, while chamfered main grooves add a second flow for water evacuation. This gives the tyre good aquaplaning resistance and control on wet winter roads.

Cold-Weather Compound and Comfort

An innovative tread compound stays flexible in subfreezing temperatures for consistent grip, combined with high mileage and strong wet and snow performance. An optimised tread design keeps generated noise low for a comfortable, refined ride.
